9 to 5

When I became a stay-at-home mommy, my husband and I only planned for one year, just enough time I thought to enjoy the wonders of mommyhood and not lose too much traction in my field.   Boy was I kidding myself .  After the first year, I convinced myself that one more year and my little ones would be big boys and ready for daycare or preschool...today as we enter almost 3 years out this April (much of that time I have been freelancing and consulting however), I am finally ready to lengthen their day at the wonderful preschool they've been attending part-time now for a year.

Being a SAHM has not been easy, but hands down, it has been the best and most rewarding job I have held and will hold!  So now I transition.  Which leads me to my search...a search that has been most frustrating and has literally almost become a full-time job in and of itself.  But I recently ramped up my networking efforts and I'm starting to see some positive movement as a result.

I'm starting to envision myself in a corporate environment and I'm already mentally and carefully selecting my haute corporate fashion looks!  Here are some of my faves for my working beauties who love to look beautiful in and out the office!
