Rain Boots+Knee Highs+Mini

I have been dying to rock a look that incorporated my fantabulous new rain boots, my army green mini and my cutesy knee high socks! I needed a rainy day that wasn't extremely freezing to pull it all together and this particular day I got both! We've been so lucky in D.C, the winter season has been so mild, so since the chill in the air was manageable I decided, here's my chance to rock out with my legs out! Lol

Please excuse the blurry pics, this was my first attempt at using my camera tripod (gave the hubby a vacay day from his normal photography duties:) and for whatever reason the photos came out really blurry, but still wanted to showcase this look to give you beauties some last minute winter fashion ideas!
